The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your ideas, functional and aesthetic goals, budget, must-haves, and of course, the wish list. We will help merge your ideas with our initial design ideas right in your own backyard.
After our site consultation, we will have enough information to outline a detailed scope of work and what we call our budget proposal. This proposal will be a detailed list of all major line items within the scope of work. Each line item will have a well-estimated budget range, which will, in turn, give us a full project budget range. You will have time to carefully review our proposal. If it aligns with your overall budget for the project, and you feel confident we are the right contractor for your project, it’s time to sign up and place a small deposit so we can move to the next step!
Watching your ideas come to life on a plan is an exciting time! A good design is essential to a well-executed pool project. Proper planning helps minimize challenges and unforeseen expenses as well as an opportunity to fine-tune the details including material selections. We will collaborate closely to ensure that your project perfectly meets your needs and wants, and stays within your budget.
Once the design is complete and all material selections have been made we will then work up a comprehensive final estimate. Our estimates are detailed, including all material selections, finishes, features, equipment, and other details that require agreement before we can begin construction. We include everything needed to complete the scope of work we agree on. No tricks. No hidden fees. Once approved, this final estimate will turn into our construction contract, and we will be ready to start the project.
As part of our all-inclusive package, we handle all the necessary paperwork and fees to obtain the permits needed for construction. We will work closely with the municipality as well as any necessary engineers to obtain the necessary building permits so we can break ground!
